A Letter Found In His Daughter’s New Car Made A Dad Regret The Purchase.
I love how everything turned out okay. Kevin’s daughter learned how carefully her dad looked the car over and did some maintenance on it so he’d be sure it would run properly before giving it to her.
When he read the letter he asked the writer’s permission to post it on Facebook and after a chain of events, money was raised to allow Kevin to return the car and have enough money to buy another used car for his daughter.
Reading how the car got its name brought back memories of listening to a disc I had of Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show which included Sylvia’s Mother, one of my favorite songs on the disc. I am glad the story about the car named for the song had a happy ending.
