Syracuse, NY — A Mattydale daycare provider has been charged with murder and lying to police after a 23-month-old died in her care in July 2019, according to an indictment revealed this week.
Jessica Sims, of Roxboro Circle, is accused of handling toddler Lennox Santiago with such depraved disregard for human life that his death amounted to murder, the indictment states.
